Hi @Richard Montanez

First login to Google's domain cPanel and then go to Setting (top right of main menu) > Email > Change URL Now click on Change URL link and after that select Custom option and change it to"mail"

Now login to iPage hosting control panel and visit this link - http://members.ipage.com/we... , choose your domain and click on GO button and fillup details. see this image to get help - http://cdn.techjagat.com/wp...

It may take few hrs.

If still ur problem is not solved then contact to iPage customer care.

If u need farther help then contact me.

Thank you for the detailed instructions. I followed all the steps and when I go to mail.example.com it points me back to ipage webmail. Any suggestions?

To create a personal email id, you just need a domain name. No need to create a website or grab a hosting account. Otherwise you can not create a personal email id

If you have a Domain then let me known your domain url and your domain provider. I'll tel you how you can create a email ID using that domain.
